HOW IT ALL BEGAN

Bellefontaine is the name of a small village in the French countryside where I am from. The artisans of my village are proud to perpetuate centuries old traditions, ancient methods of fabrication, and "L'art de vivre à la Française". I am now proud of making this unique and incredible French style ice cream in Houston, Texas with the same dedication, a high respect and demand for the best ingredients and a great passion for ice cream.
